We take great pride in packaging your Mystery Grail boxes with extreme care so they get to you in the same condition they were sent. Your Pops will be carefully inserted into a PopShield .45mm soft protector and gently placed in our specially-designed shipping box, which will be securely taped shut and sent on its way, usually within 3 business days (Prize Shop orders will typically ship 10-14 days). In the rare occurrence that damage occurs during shipping, please reach out to us and we will make things right.

There are some Mystery Grail boxes/box combinations that will not be shippable internationally nor to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO's as a single shipment. In those instances you will see a shipping charge of $7,777,777.00. Simply reduce the number of items in your order until you find a shippable quantity then you may order up to the maximum number of boxes in increments of that shippable quantity.


Shipping in the U.S.:

Each standard single Mystery Grail box will be $4 per Mystery Grail box in the continental U.S.. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are calculated based on weight. Boxes with two items (e.g. Pop + Soda) will be $8 shipping per box. Once shipped, your package will generally get to you within 2-5 days in the continental U.S., and a little longer to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and all APO's.


International Shipping:

Most shipping to international addresses will be via a service called UPS Worldwide Mail Innovations. While the service is very reliable, the tracking can be somewhat confusing. With this service, the package will be picked up from our warehouse by UPS and UPS will deliver it to the US Postal Service to transport it by air to your country. At this stage, the tracking number changes (it can be found on the UPS tracking by clicking the "View Details" link). The postal service for your country will use the "alternate" USPS tracking number from this point forward to track your package. The USPS tracking number is required if you need to contact your local post for delivery assistance.

*We are currently not accepting orders to be shipped to Mexico, the entirety of Central America, the Philippines, nor the entirety of Africa at this time. If you are in one of these countries and wish to order, please consider using a US-based freight forwarder who can deliver to you.
