We take great pride in packaging your Mystery Grail boxes with extreme care so they get to you in the same condition they were sent. Your Pops will be carefully inserted into a PopShield .45mm soft protector and gently placed in our specially-designed shipping box, which will be securely taped shut and sent on its way.
While many will ship sooner, it is our goal for all Mystery Grail box orders to ship within five business days and Prize Shop orders within 14 business days. Holidays, heavy shipping periods, and other circumstances may show additional processing time. Please be aware of this and be patient—your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
In the rare occurrence that damage occurs during shipping, please reach out to us and we will make things right.
Shipping in the U.S.:
Each standard single Mystery Grail box will be $4 per Mystery Grail box in the continental U.S.. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are calculated based on weight. Boxes with two items (e.g. Pop + Soda) will be $8 shipping per box. Other item combinations will be priced on a case-by-case basis and will be noted in the marketing for those boxes. Once shipped, your package will generally get to you within 2-7 days in the continental U.S., and a little longer to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and all APOs.
International shipping will be based on weight and destination. You can calculate shipping to your country/region here: https://mysterygrail.com/collections/international-shipping-calculator-page. Note that there are per-order size/weight maximums and when those are exceeded a built-in rate that is completely unrealistic will show. No single box we sell will exceed that limit so a simple solution is to start your order small and build up until you hit that dummy rate. You can then place multiple orders under that threshold.
Any customs duties and fees will be assessed by the customs agency of your country upon delivery. Please keep this in mind as an additional cost when placing your order.
Most shipping to international addresses will be via USPS to your local mail service or via FedEx.
Some may ship via a service called UPS Worldwide Mail Innovations—while the service is very reliable, the tracking can be somewhat confusing. With this service, the package will be picked up from our warehouse by UPS and UPS will deliver it to the US Postal Service to transport it by air to your country. At this stage, the tracking number changes (it can be found on the UPS tracking by clicking the "View Details" link). The postal service for your country will use the "alternate" USPS tracking number from this point forward to track your package. The USPS tracking number is required if you need to contact your local post for delivery assistance.
*We are currently not accepting orders to be shipped to the Philippines, Macao, Bulgaria, Haiti, many countries in Africa, nor any countries currently on the USPS Service Suspensions list. If you are in one of these countries and wish to order, please consider using a US-based freight forwarder who can deliver to you.
**Note to international customers using a freight forwarder: We pack our items more than sufficiently to protect them in transit to any destination so we will not be held responsible for damage done during transit by the freight forwarder. If you're using a freight forwarder you are doing so at your own risk. We will not offer returns or refunds for items shipped via freight forwarder that are damaged in transit.
