If your purchase was damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement/exchange or full refund. We will not accept returns for any other reason. If your order appears to be lost in transit, please let us know as soon as possible after the last transit scan and, after carrier research, if it is determined to be unrecoverable a full refund will be issued. For any other order issues, we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery scan.  Before you purchase one of our Mystery Grail boxes, please understand that there are risks involved. You may not get something that you want and the item's value may be less than what you paid for the box.

 

*Note to international customers using a freight forwarder: We will not be held responsible for damage done during transit due to the lack of care that many of these companies are known for. If you're using a freight forwarder you are doing so at your own risk. We will not be offering returns or refunds for items damaged in transit.
